Rediscover joy, energy, and connection through music at the Be Young Music Workshop. This interactive session is designed to promote active aging and well-being through hands-on musical experiences. Participants will explore the rhythms of Djembe, the soothing tones of the Healing Tongue Drum, the expressive sounds of the Accordion, and the elegance of the Guzheng — no prior music experience required.

Why is it good to play music at our age (as retirees)?
