Notice of USM Student Microsoft 365 Email and Onedrive Storage Quota Setting‼️‼️‼️

Dear SOMers,

We would like to inform you of the following:

PPKT has decided to impose a storage limit on student accounts (student.usm.my) starting 13 November 2024, due to the accumulated storage of 100TB for Microsoft accounts at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Each student will be allocated a quota of 1GB for email and 1GB for OneDrive.

Students who are within the quota can continue using the M365 services as usual. However, those exceeding the quota will encounter errors related to these services.

To check your current storage usage, please visit https://ppkt.usm.my/m365-storage-guide.

INISIATIF JOM KE KAMPUS

Assalamualaikum dan Salam USM Kami Memimpin.

Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP) dan Majlis Permuafakatan Anak Negeri (MAPAN) USM sedang melaksanakan Inisiatif Jom Ke Kampus khusus untuk pelajar tahun 1 USM. Inisiatif ini adalah penyediaan pengangkutan kepada pelajar tahun 1 yang memerlukan dari beberapa hub pengangkutan awam ke Kampus USM sempena pendaftaran pelajar baharu nanti.

Mohon kerjasama pelajar untuk mengisi maklumat yang diperlukan bagi tujuan penyediaan pengangkutan. Pengangkutan ini hanya untuk pelajar, manakala waris dan saudara-mara tidak dibenarkan menaiki kenderaan yang disediakan.
