July 23, 2024 I Pekan - Centre for Automotive Engineering UMPSA (Automotive Centre) hosted a highly successful workshop titled "Unlocking Route A: Your Guide to Becoming a Professional Engineer via Outcome-Based PAE". The event held at UMPSA Pekan was attracted a diverse group of participants’ background including civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering etc. to advance their engineering careers.

The workshop featured expert speakers who cm Automotive Centre’s Principle Fellow, Associate Professor Ir. Ts. Dr. Wan Sharuzi Wan Harun provided valuable insights into the engineering profession focusing on tips and strategies to fulfil the application requirements for becoming a professional engineer. Key topics included understanding the application process, meeting educational and experience criteria, and preparing for professional examinations. Participants had the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions and gain practical advice on achieving professional engineering status.

Automotive Centre, UMPSA continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing quality educational opportunities and supporting the professional growth of its community. Plans are already underway for future workshops to further equip aspiring engineers with the tools and knowledge needed for their careers.
