这个时刻通常是学生们的紧张时刻；
身为老师的我除了检讨学生学习进度和能力；
也是时候自我检讨教课方法和学习教材。

说实话，现在的学生很不容易；
科目繁多，还要积极参与各种课后活动。
有时候我感到很庆幸自己不是这个年代的小孩子。

但是身为老师的我必须要时时刻刻
不停地自我提升知识和教课技巧，
尽力了解自己的学生，把他们教好。

这一位学生刚开始上课都时
我都担忧“她是否明白”
因为大部分的时候，
她都时常保持安静；

通常完课时，
我都会点她名字让她留堂，
说有一些习题要与她讨论，
渐渐地发现她是学习能力不错的孩子，
就是不爱开口朗读，也不爱开口念答案😅

女孩子嘛，必须要哄的❤️
我也开始甜言蜜语的哄她
“很棒”，“你的声音很好听”
渐渐地开口朗读啦，也乐意念答案啦😊

今晚她很开心地分享她的英语成绩；
同时她也很开心分享数学的成绩❤️

除了她，也有几位小男孩也是很喜欢我去哄❤️

我很乐意给你们多多❤️❤️❤️
你们也要好好学习哦～
