We're from Faculty of Applied Science & Technology (FAST), course in Biodiversity & Conservation

21/09/2026

Hm, what kind of adventures are awaiting for us?

30/04/2026

Why biodiversity conservation??
Because every species matters. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. This course isn’t just about nature. Its about understanding how to protect and sustain it for the future. And its far from boring. You’ll experience hands on learning like scuba diving, exploring forests, studying tapirs, small mammals, insect and plants. You’ll get the chance to see rare species that modt people never witness with their own eyes. This is where passion meets purpose. If youre interested, we will be waiting for you in the first semester intake. See you there!!

🌍✨ APRIL: BULAN MENGHARGAI ALAM ✨🐧🦇🐘

Tahukah anda, bulan April dipenuhi dengan hari-hari istimewa untuk menghargai bumi dan makhluk yang berkongsi dunia dengan kita? 💚

🦇 17 April – Hari Penghargaan Kelawar (Bat Appreciation Day)

Kelawar bukan sekadar makhluk malam—mereka membantu mengawal serangga dan menyokong ekosistem. Tanpa mereka, keseimbangan alam boleh terganggu!

🌱 22 April – Hari Bumi Sedunia (World Earth Day)

Hari ini mengingatkan kita tentang tanggungjawab untuk menjaga alam sekitar—daripada mengurangkan pencemaran hingga melindungi hutan dan lautan.

🐧 25 April – Hari Penguin Sedunia (World Penguin Day)

Penguin melambangkan keunikan dan ketahanan hidupan liar. Namun, perubahan iklim mengancam habitat mereka. Kita perlu bertindak sekarang!

🐘 27 April – Hari Tapir Sedunia (World Tapir Day)

Tapir Malaya ialah haiwan unik dan simbol hutan Asia Tenggara. Malangnya, ia semakin terancam akibat kehilangan habitat dan pemburuan. Lindungi tapir, lindungi hutan kita!

💚 Kenapa semua ini penting?

Setiap makhluk dan setiap ekosistem saling berkait. Menjaga bumi bermaksud menjaga masa depan kita bersama.

🌏 Mari kita mulakan dengan langkah kecil:

✔️ Kurangkan penggunaan plastik

✔️ Jimat tenaga

✔️ Hargai alam semula jadi

Kerana Bumi ini bukan warisan nenek moyang kita, tetapi pinjaman untuk generasi akan datang. 🌿
