Over the past two months, many parents have been asking us:
“Will Little Dot be celebrating Teachers’ Day?”
Actually, Teacher Serene and Waney LaoShi decided from the very beginning that LDK would not set aside a special day for Teachers’ Day. Because we never want the Little Dot families to feel like: “Do we need to prepare gifts?” “Do we have to give something?”
Gratitude has always been part of our daily moments.
We guide the children to learn thankfulness, appreciation, and kindness every day.
A big hug from a child, a sincere “Thank you, teacher,” a handmade little card, the understanding and support from parents, and all the simple, heartfelt words — these have already become the most precious gifts our teachers could ever receive. 🌷
Thank you to all our Little Dot families for every thoughtful gift and kind gesture. More than the gifts themselves, what truly touches us is the love, sincerity, and the appreciation shown to our teachers.
Happy Teachers’ Day🩷💐
With love,
