ELMU University extends its deepest condolences to the family of the late Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali, who passed away at the age of 100.

A distinguished physician, humanitarian, and respected national figure, her lifelong dedication to public health, education, women’s welfare, and the well-being of Malaysians, leaves behind a remarkable legacy.

May her soul be blessed and placed among the righteous.

Enforcement, Leadership & Management University (ELMU) is proud to note the participation of Datuk Dr. Mohd Kassim Noor Mohamed, Vice-Chancellor of ELMU as Deputy Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Advisory Board to the Special Committee on Corruption (JKMR), in the committee’s meeting held on 14 September 2026 in Kuala Lumpur.

Representing the Chairman of the Independent Monitoring Committee (LPPR), Tan Sri Mohamad Salim Fateh Din, Datuk Dr. Mohd Kassim Noor Mohamed contributed to the discussion and presentation of the 2025 Annual Report of LPPR for the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC)’s efforts in strengthening enforcement, asset recovery, governance, technology and data analytics, as well as stakeholder engagement.

The meeting reflects the importance of independent oversight, institutional accountability and continuous improvement in strengthening public confidence in enforcement institutions.

ELMU remains committed to advancing knowledge, leadership and professional excellence in support of strong, accountable and effective enforcement institutions.

On 11 September 2026, Enforcement, Leadership & Management University (ELMU) was honoured to host the Graduation & Closing Ceremony of the Program Pembangunan Profesionalisme Bidang Keutamaan Penguatkuasaan, marking the successful completion of the programme by participants from the Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan (AADK).

The ceremony brought together representatives from AADK and ELMU to celebrate the participants’ commitment to strengthening their knowledge, competencies and professional capabilities in the field of enforcement.

The programme reflects the importance of continuous professional development, knowledge enhancement and capability building in supporting a stronger and more effective enforcement workforce.

ELMU extends its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the families and loved ones of the healthcare personnel who lost their lives in the helicopter crash in Long Lelang, Sarawak, on 8 September 2026.

May Allah SWT grant the departed His mercy and forgiveness, accept their good deeds and place their souls among the righteous. May He also grant their families strength, patience and steadfastness in facing this profound loss.

Their dedication, sacrifice and service to the community will always be remembered and honoured.
