Enforcement, Leadership and Management University (ELMU) acknowledges media reports regarding legal proceedings involving its Chief Financial Officer and Director.

ELMU takes matters relating to legal compliance, governance and institutional integrity seriously.

As the matter is currently before the court, ELMU respects the ongoing legal process, including the principles of due process and the presumption of innocence, and will refrain from making further detailed comments at this stage.

ELMU has fully cooperated with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) throughout its inquiries and investigations and will continue to provide full cooperation to the relevant authorities as the legal process progresses.

We also wish to assure our students, stakeholders, business partners and the wider ELMU community that the University’s daily operations, management continuity and services remain fully functional and uncompromised.

Appropriate measures have been put in place to ensure a smooth transition, effective oversight and continued institutional stability.

ELMU remains committed to upholding good governance, institutional integrity and accountability.

ELMU University was pleased to welcome the Bahagian Penguat Kuasa, Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN) to ELMU for the Taklimat Hala Tuju Penguatkuasaan dan Sesi Bersama Pemimpin, held in conjunction with the Kursus Pengurusan Penyimpanan dan Pengendalian Ekshibit.

The session brought together enforcement personnel for professional engagement, leadership sharing and discussions related to enforcement practices and exhibit management.

11 Aug 2026 — ELMU conducted a coordination meeting in preparation for the upcoming Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) Full Accreditation (FA) Audit for the Master in Criminology and Criminal Justice (MCCJ) programme.

Chaired by Ts. Dr. Rozita Husain, Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs), the meeting brought together representatives from relevant departments across the University to coordinate key requirements and ensure comprehensive audit readiness.

Discussions focused on documentation, facilities, operational arrangements, and other essential preparations ahead of the MCCJ Full Accreditation Audit scheduled for 20–21 August 2026.

The meeting reflects ELMU’s collective commitment to quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and the continuous enhancement of academic programmes, supported by strong collaboration across the University.

𝐓𝐕𝐄𝐓 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐮𝐤𝐮𝐡 𝐊𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐭 𝐤𝐮𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐠

Suatu ketika dahulu, Pendidikan dan Latihan Teknikal dan Vokasional (TVET) hanyalah pilihan kedua. Jika gagal memasuki universiti awam atau swasta, TVET menjadi laluan alternatif. Namun demikian, persepsi itu kini sudah berubah.

TVET kini berdiri sebagai laluan kerjaya yang semakin diyakini, serta mendapat tempat dalam landskap pendidikan negara.

Kenapa perubahan sikap ini berlaku? Jawapannya mudah sahaja. Dunia pekerjaan lebih memerlukan kemahiran daripada kelulusan akademik semata-mata.

Dunia pekerjaan yang berasaskan teknologi memerlukan individu yang cekap melaksanakan kerja, mahir menggunakan peralatan dan mampu menyelesaikan masalah secara praktikal. Inilah kelebihan lulusan TVET berbanding siswazah yang hanya memiliki kelulusan akademik.

Statistik kebolehpasaran graduan TVET yang mencecah 94.5 peratus tahun lalu jelas membuktikan bahawa laluan ini telah menjadi pilihan utama. Malah, dengan pelaksanaan Dasar Gaji Progresif, graduan berkemahiran tinggi kini menikmati gaji yang lebih kompetitif. Mereka tidak hanya membawa pulang sijil, tetapi juga keyakinan dan kebolehan sebenar.

Perkembangan pesat dalam ekonomi global memerlukan tenaga kerja berkemahiran khusus. TVET tampil sebagai inisiatif paling praktikal untuk melahirkan tenaga kerja yang benar-benar memenuhi keperluan industri, bukan sekadar mahir berteori, tetapi terus boleh turun padang melaksanakan kerja secara praktikal.

🔥 𝐀𝐀𝐃𝐊 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐬 & 𝐄𝐋𝐌𝐔 | 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐋𝐏𝐇𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

A total of 16 ELMU students participated in the Anak Muda Pemacu Harapan Aspirasi (ALPHA) 2026 Programme, a two-day, one-night youth development programme organised by Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan (AADK) District of Cheras at River and Glamp, Ulu Yam Bharu, Selangor.

The programme provided participants with opportunities to strengthen their confidence, teamwork, resilience, and awareness through a range of engaging activities, including recreational activities, group challenges, and discussions focused on positive youth development and drug prevention.

Beyond the activities, the programme encouraged participants to make positive choices, manage life’s challenges responsibly, and build the confidence to pursue a healthier and more purposeful future.

The closing ceremony was officiated by Tuan Razshahfiq Ili Nadiy bin Roslan, District Chief of AADK Cheras, who encouraged the participants to make informed choices and remain committed to a future free from drugs.

ELMU extends its appreciation to AADK Cheras for the opportunity and meaningful platform provided to our students. We are proud to see our students actively engaging in initiatives that nurture personal growth, leadership, and positive values.

Bidang pendidikan tinggi di Malaysia telah menunjukkan perkembangan yang pesat sejak beberapa dekad terakhir. Ini terbukti dengan penubuhan beberapa universiti baharu sebagai tambahan kepada 20 universiti awam yang beroperasi di setiap negeri.

Selain daripada universiti penyelidikan iaitu Universiti Malaya, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Putra Malaysia dan Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, serta universiti komprehensif seperti Universiti Teknologi MARA, Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia, Universiti Malaysia Sabah dan Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, terdapat beberapa universiti yang memfokus kepada disiplin tertentu.
