Manipal International University (MIU) is organizing a fundraising drive, in aid of the massive floods that have affected those living in Pahang, Johor, Kelantan, and Terengganu. This initiative is a collaborative effort between MIU, Mercy Malaysia, KitaFund, RACMIU and Rotary Club of Nilai Central. It is unfortunate that these parts of the region are still reeling from the great loss and pain of devastation. We can only imagine the heart-wrenching experience they are going through.

As we come together in this initiative, MIU-CSR would like to appeal to all our employees, students, and the wider community to donate generously to alleviate the hardship of the flood victims, especially during this difficult COVID-19 pandemic and the movement control order (MCO). Remember, a little goes a long way 🙌✨

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims, their families, and for the safety of our students, employees, and their loved ones. We hope and pray that the relief efforts underway can be hastened to ease their burden.

As various states are under MCO/CMCO/RMCO, SRC is here to ensure that students remain calm and motivated.

In order to ensure that all students are always updated with first-handed information, we are here to remind all MIU students to jon our WhatsApp Group.

Due to limitations in WhatsApp, multiple groups have been created to allocate all MIU students.

2021 has not been an excellent year so far. Many states are affected with continuous rain and flood.

According to sources, Sarawak has now became the 6th affected states, resulting in more than 26,000 victims across Malaysia

SRC would like to dedicate our emotional support to those facing challenges in light of these unfortunate events

We work hand in hand with all parties involved to help those in need. Stay tuned for more updates.

One of our collaborators - ULearnMoney, is organizing a FREE webinar to our students. ULearnMoney, is an online learning platform, focusing on financial literacy program. The FREE WEBINAR will be on this Friday (2-4pm) with the theme: How to make yourself employable in the future. The students may register via https://bit.ly/3lt6hCP by 19 November, 9pm.
