Who says a little haze can stop the fun? 🌈

Last week, our Early Years and Key Stage 1 students enjoyed a colourful day filled with creativity, laughter, and plenty of hands-on activities. While the outdoor Colour Splash activity had to be cancelled due to the haze, the fun continued indoors with games, art activities, and a picnic shared with friends.

The smiles say it all. 😊

Take a look through the photos to see some of the highlights from the day.

🇲🇾 Celebrating Malaysia Through Play!

Our Secondary students took a step away from the usual school routine to reconnect with some of Malaysia’s favourite traditional games, organised by our Interact Club in conjunction with Malaysia Day. ❤️

From batu seremban, congkak and bamboo dance to capteh, there was plenty of laughter, friendly competition and new experiences along the way. And of course, no Malaysian celebration is complete without cendol and sago gula Melaka! 😋

It was a fun reminder that learning about our culture can happen anywhere, especially when students get to experience it together.

Selamat Hari Malaysia from all of us at Destiny International School, Muar! 🇲🇾

🎲 Big Smiles, Bigger Lessons

Who says learning only happens at a desk? 😊

From Musical Chairs and Rock Paper Scissors to Snakes & Ladders and leadership challenges, our Reception students were busy learning without even realising it. Every game encouraged them to think, communicate, take turns, make decisions, and work together with their friends.

Moments like these are what make early childhood education so meaningful. When children enjoy coming to school, confidence grows naturally and learning follows.

🧼 Learning About Hygiene & Healthy Habits!

Our KS2 students recently had the opportunity to attend an engaging and educational hygiene talk conducted by Alpro Pharmacy as part of a deworming awareness programme.

The session helped our students learn more about the importance of personal hygiene and healthy habits in a fun and interactive way. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and active participation throughout the talk!

A heartfelt thank you to Alpro Pharmacy for sharing their knowledge and making the session both meaningful and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to more opportunities to work together in the future!

🇲🇾 How well do our Secondary students really know Malaysia?

Our Interact Club decided to put them to the test and things got competitive!

From quick-fire Malaysia quizzes and a lively Saya Anak Malaysia performance to a treasure hunt featuring local food, traditional games and iconic Malaysian destinations, our students had plenty of ways to show what they know.

But beyond the fun, it was a great opportunity for our students to celebrate their home, learn from one another and take part in something led by their peers.

A big shoutout to our Interact Club for making this Merdeka celebration one to remember. 🇲🇾

The video everyone has been waiting for is finally here. 🎭✨

From the opening scene to the final curtain call, Prince Tut and The Pauper was more than just a performance. It was a celebration of talent, hard work, and a community coming together for a meaningful cause.

What made this showcase truly special wasn't just what happened on stage. It was the students who stepped out of their comfort zones, the teachers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, the parents who supported every step of the journey, and the audience who filled the hall with encouragement and applause.

If you were there, we hope this brings back some wonderful memories. If you missed it, here's a glimpse of what made Charity Showcase 2026 so unforgettable.

❤️ Spot a familiar face? Share this video and help us celebrate our students' hard work.
