配合【食物——均衡饮食】主题，老师带领小朋友们一起化身为「小小营养师」🥰👩‍🍳👨‍🍳。

这一次，孩子们亲手制作了一份简单又健康的水果蔬菜沙拉 🥗✨！

活动中，小朋友们把新鲜的生菜、小番茄及各种水果放进大碗里，再加入适量的蛋黄酱，小心翼翼地搅拌均匀。不一会儿，一盆色彩缤纷、营养丰富的健康沙拉就完成啦 😍👏！

最开心的时刻当然就是品尝自己亲手制作的健康沙拉了 🥰😋！当天，小朋友们把【健康沙拉】搭配学校准备的【面包夹蛋】一起享用，不仅吃得津津有味，也进一步了解均衡饮食的重要性，让健康饮食不只是课堂上的知识，更成为生活中的实践 ❤️🌱。

透过亲手制作、观察、品尝和分享，孩子们不仅认识了不同种类的食物，也培养了健康的饮食习惯，同时提升生活技能、动手能力、自信心及与同伴合作的能力 🥗🍎✨。

活动结束后，每位小朋友还带着自己亲手制作的一小盒健康沙拉回家，与家人一起分享这份充满爱与成就感的美味 🥰💕。

🥗🍓 Little Nutritionists · Making Healthy Salad Together 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳✨

As part of our "Food – Balanced Diet" learning theme, our teachers guided the children as they transformed into little nutritionists 🥰👩‍🍳👨‍🍳.

During this hands-on activity, the children prepared their own simple yet nutritious fruit and vegetable salad 🥗✨.

They carefully placed fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a variety of fruits into a large bowl before adding mayonnaise and gently mixing everything together. In no time, a colourful, delicious, and nutritious healthy salad was ready to enjoy 😍👏!

The most exciting moment was, of course, tasting the healthy salad they had made with their own hands 🥰😋! The children enjoyed their homemade healthy salad together with the school's egg sandwich, creating a well-balanced meal. Through this meaningful experience, they gained a better understanding of the importance of a balanced diet and discovered that healthy eating is not only something to learn in the classroom, but also something to practise in everyday life ❤️🌱.

By preparing, observing, tasting, and sharing their salad, the children not only learned about different types of food, but also developed healthy eating habits while strengthening their life skills, fine motor skills, self-confidence, and cooperation with their friends 🥗🍎✨.

At the end of the activity, each child proudly brought home a small box of the healthy salad they had made to share with their family, spreading both joy and a sense of achievement 🥰💕.

🌱 健康的饮食习惯，需要从小开始培养 ❤️。

配合 KP2026 学前教育课程纲要，老师们透过生活化、体验式的教学活动，引导孩子认识健康与不健康的饮食，了解人体需要不同类别的食物，才能摄取均衡营养，拥有健康强壮的身体 💪🥦🥚🍗🍞🍉。

活动中，老师运用了生动又真实的 食物金字塔教具 🥗，带领小朋友认识各种不同类别的食物，了解不同食物所提供的营养价值，以及学习哪些食物应该多吃、适量吃，哪些食物则需要减少摄取 🍫🍬🍭🍰🍿。

透过观察、讨论、分类及互动操作，孩子们一步步建立对食物金字塔的基本概念，学习为自己的身体作出更健康的饮食选择 🌈✨。

完成课堂学习后，老师带领小朋友们一起制作营养又美味的 健康三文治 🥪😋。

🥗🥪 Healthy Eating Starts Young 🍎 | Learning the Food Pyramid & Making Healthy Sandwiches 🌈💪
Healthy eating habits begin at an early age❤️.

In line with the KP2026 Preschool Curriculum 📚, our teachers introduced the Food Pyramid 🥗 to help children understand balanced nutrition and make healthier food choices.🍎🥦🥚🍞🍉.

Through observation 👀, discussion 💬, and hands-on activities 🤲, the children explored different food groups and learned which foods should be eaten more often and which should be enjoyed in moderation🌈✨.

To reinforce their learning, the children had great fun making their own healthy sandwiches 🥪😋. They learned through doing, built confidence 💪, and enjoyed every moment with big smiles🥰❤️.

Daddy is the superhero in every child’s heart 🦸‍♂️💪❤️.
Although fathers may not always express their love through words, their daily hard work, care, and dedication are the warmest ways they protect and support their families 🥰✨.

To nurture children with grateful hearts and encourage them to express their love and appreciation ❤️, the teachers of 【Tadika Firus Bintang 贝乐幼儿园】 specially prepared a meaningful Father’s Day activity filled with love and warmth 👨‍👧‍👦🎉.

During the activity, teachers guided the children to understand:

💙 What is Father’s Day?
💙 Why should we appreciate our fathers?
💙 What do our fathers do for us every day? 🥰

Through sharing and guidance, the children learned to appreciate the silent love and efforts of their fathers, and learned how to express their gratitude through actions 🌱❤️.

🎶 The children also sang Father’s Day songs together, sending their sweetest wishes to their beloved daddies with their innocent and heartfelt voices 🎤💕.

The most exciting part of the activity was making their very own 【Love Cupcakes】for their daddies 🧁💝✨!

With their little hands 👐 and lots of love, the children carefully :

🧁 piped the cream onto the cupcakes
🍪 sprinkled Oreo crumbs
🌈 decorated them beautifully with colourful sprinkles

Every step was completed with great effort and love, just to prepare this special little surprise for their daddies 🎁🥰.

It was not just a cupcake, but a precious Father’s Day gift handmade by the children, filled with love and appreciation 💓.
