I decided to take up a new instrument, ErHu a chinese musical instrument, to keep my brain active.

Music engages multiple brain areas, and learning new skills can strengthen neural connections even in older age. Research has proven that learning and playing a musical instrument can help reduce the risk of dementia and improve cognitive function in adults. Studies indicate regular musical practice can improve working memory, processing speed, and verbal fluency.
