🏸 SANCTBAND BADMINTON WORKSHOP @ RIAMTEC 🏸

We had an exciting and fun evening with Dr. Daphne Ng Chiew Yen, former Malaysian National Badminton Player! 💪✨

Participants learned great tips on mobility, strength, recovery, and sport-science-based training — and the first 50 even got free Sanctband exercise bands! 🎁👏

We’re happy to welcome around 50 participants including students and staff from RIAMTEC, and friends from:

Held on 18 October 2025 at the Pullman Waterfront Hotel, Grand Ballroom, this amazing event was organized by the Curtin University Student Council — and wow, the night was absolutely GRAND and POWERFUL! 🌟

Our Ice-Breaking session on 12 April 2025 was a huge success!

The main goal of this session was to build engagement and bonding among our new students — and we definitely achieved that!

We had an amazing time this evening with the Miri Dodgeball Club at Dato Lee Teck F**k Hall! Thank you to the club members for demonstrating dodgeball skills and giving our students a hands-on experience with the game.

Our students had a blast learning the rules, techniques, and energy of dodgeball. Seeing our community come together to learn and have fun is always inspiring. 🙌💥

🌿 Mental Health Awareness Month | October 🌿

This October, we are joining forces to promote Mental Health Awareness Month at Riam Educational Group. Mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being, and it’s time we break the silence, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about it.

Mental health challenges affect people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. By raising awareness, we aim to create a supportive community where everyone feels empowered to take care of their mental health, reach out for support, and offer help to those in need.

💚 How You Can Get Involved:
