WHY USA IS THE BEST EXAMPLE IN THE EXERCISE OF SOP?

Basic idea of SOP is to create "check and balance" between the body of government. Based on Montesquieu's philosophy, by separating the functions of the government body which is executive, legislative and judiciary to their own department, one may operate as a balance against another and power should be a check on power. All of the department are the indepedent body that are not mixed and clearly separated from each other. SOP theory behold the concept that function of the government should be differentiated. The function is being done by distinct organs different bodies of persons and each of them should be limited to their own territory of action without distracting other powers. To conclude that, SOP suggested that those individuals who participate in executive cannot participate in legislative or judiciary for the example and each individual cannot influence other individuals from other bodies. The concept of SOP can be clearly being exercised by many countries and USA is the best examples among them.

USA uphold the Presidential Democracy System. The chief of state is called President. Their government are clearly divided into the three branches of legislative, executive and judiciary and each of them are not mixed and cannot influenced each other. The executive branch consist of The President and The Vice President of USA and being assisted by the President Cabinet. Meanwhile, the legislative branch consist of Congress that includes of Senators and Representatives. On the other hand, the judicial department consists of State Supreme Court and US Supreme Court.
