Tadika Adikku Ria was established in 2005. It is well-spacious, well-equipped and well-facilitated with 8 classrooms (14’ x 20’ each), a 22’ x 66’ Multiactivity Hall, a 14’ x 32’ computer room, a 15’ x 18’ library, and a 22’ x 66’ room as a child care centre. The main purpose of setting up the child care centre in 2007 is to ease the burden of working parents by providing quality pre-school education and child care facilities in the same premise, and to save the hassle of ferrying. Environment with a difference – classes are kept small to provide individual attention. Especially for children under three (playground) and four (nursery), there are no specific desks n chairs around as children are given space to move and explore freely
Education with a difference – For children under 3 and 4, free and easy learning is being applied to encourage motor skills, language, number work, logical, social and cultural development. At this time period, most children are still not ready to face the new learning anxieties . For 5 and 6 year old children, they are taught based on the guidelines outlined by the Ministry of Education. At pre-school, besides academic curriculum, children offered extra-curricular activities such as Music and Movement, Art and Craft, Computer, contests and competitions. Language Development Program is also part of the curriculum where children are encouraged to master English Language, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. Our kinder also offers daycare program for Primary school children. You can tell the difference
