What better way to spend the holidays than with splashes, laughter, and lots of fun?

Our children had an exciting time exploring water play activities, making new discoveries, and building confidence through hands-on experiences. While they were busy having fun, they were also developing important skills along the way.

🌊 Gross Motor Development – strengthening muscles through movement and active play
🌊 Coordination & Balance – developing stability and body control while participating in water-based activities safely and confidently

Today our little ones had so much fun during our water play activity using BIG and SMALL straws to blow the water out from bottles! 💨💦

Through this exciting activity, children were able to:
✨ Train their eye-hand coordination
✨ Strengthen their lung control and breathing
✨ Practice listening and following instructions
✨ Learn patience while waiting for their turn

The children were fully engaged, excited, and enjoyed exploring how different straws create different water movements! Learning through play always brings the biggest smiles 💙

🪥 Do You Know How to Brush Your Teeth Properly? 😁

At Joyous Green Haven, we teach our children to build good hygiene habits from young!

✨ Remember: Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes!

Here are 6 simple steps to brush your teeth the right way:

1️⃣ Start with the outer surfaces
Brush the front of your teeth gently in small circular motions.

2️⃣ Brush the inner surfaces
Don’t forget the back of your teeth — use gentle up-and-down strokes.

3️⃣ Clean the chewing surfaces
Brush the top of your molars where food gets stuck easily.

4️⃣ Brush your tongue
Gently clean your tongue to remove bacteria and keep your breath fresh.

5️⃣ Brush along the gum line
Tilt your brush at a 45° angle and clean where teeth meet gums.

6️⃣ Rinse and check your teeth
Rinse your mouth and make sure all areas are clean!

💡 Fun Fact:
The outer layer of our teeth is called enamel — it’s the strongest part of our body! That’s why we must take good care of it every day.
