学费 ： fees
每星期一次一次1小时（共4小时）
once per week per hour （ for 4hrs）每月学费 = Rm 150.00 monthly
每星期2次（共8小时）
Twice per week (8hrs)
每月 学费=Rm 280.00 monthly.
