拥有学前教育相关专业优先；

具备一定的幼儿教育知识及技能；
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
有相关工作经验者优先。

工作内容：

负责幼儿园孩子的日常教育教学工作；
组织和开展丰富的教学活动，促进孩子们的全面发展；
关注孩子的身心健康，做好家长沟通工作
