Today we learnt about the origin of Deepavali, made muruku and kolam art and craft!

Our K2 kids harvested their effort after 3 months! From planting to harvesting, laying out the paddy, beating the grains, drying them until they became the white rice that we’re familiar with. There were no textbooks or homework, but the lessons learned were unforgettable and the joy was real 💛

小朋友完成了整个种稻的过程。 他们插秧，三个月后割稻，打谷，烘干和磨谷到白米。要离开时，小朋友们都很不舍得，田园太好玩了! 🌾

K2 Field Trip @ Paddy’s Cottage
Our K2 graduates had a meaningful hands-on experience planting rice in real paddy fields. 🌱

They didn’t just learn how rice grows—they learned patience, resilience, and the joy of getting messy. Despite the slippery mud, they tackled it with smiles, laughter, and curiosity.
