A huge congratulations to our young gun Adelin on earning her Blue Belt under Professor Fouzein 🔵

Adelin first stepped onto our mats at just 15 years old, brought in by her father in hopes of building confidence at a time when she was quiet, shy and unsure of herself. She began her journey in Muay Thai before eventually discovering her true path in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 🤼‍♂️

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching her face challenges head-on and grow through each one. Step by step, she transformed into someone who now walks forward with purpose - embracing competition with a smile and carrying herself with confidence 🥹

We couldn’t be prouder of the young athlete she has become. This belt is more than a milestone - it’s a reflection of her resilience, discipline and growth 🤝

What a weekend! Sharks Jiu-Jitsu Team went home with 3 Gold, 8 Silver, 4 Bronze medals and the #2 Overall Team Award at Grappling Industries Kuala Lumpur 2026 🎉

Huge congratulations to Haziq who went undefeated across all 10 matches in the same day to win Gold in his division! His dominant performance also earned him a Blue Belt - making him the fastest athlete to earn a Blue Belt in just 1.5 years under our very own Professor Fouzein 🥇🔵

Teoh also won all his matches but narrowly missed Gold due to a submission tiebreaker - settling for a well-deserved Silver medal, while both Sailesh and Adelin fought with heart and resilience to secure a Bronze medal for themselves 🥈🥉🥉
