Over the past three years, I’ve been running the 7 Habits 4.0 course every quarter. Each time, I’m genuinely excited by the level of interaction—great questions, honest sharing, and lots of “aha” moments. It’s encouraging to see how much everyone gains from the course.

Honestly, every time I facilitate, I feel like I’m the one who benefits the most. From revisiting the book to watching the videos—especially those where Stephen Covey himself shares his insights—I’m reminded that there’s always something new to learn. It feels like learning directly from him through the screen, and that’s pretty special.

It’s been a meaningful and rewarding journey. And now, it’s time to move forward—because the new 7 Habits 5.0 is on its way… 🚀
