✨ Celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival ✨🏮

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a beautiful celebration that reminds us of family, togetherness, and gratitude. It is also known as the Mooncake Festival, a time when families gather to admire the bright full moon and enjoy delicious mooncakes.

At our preschool, the children had a wonderful time learning about this traditional festival through exciting activities! They created their own colorful lanterns, and even joined a mini lantern walk with their friends. The children also enjoyed tasting mooncakes.

Through these joyful experiences, our little ones learned the value of sharing, unity, and appreciation for cultural traditions. 🌙

✨ Celebrating National Day & Malaysia Day ✨🇲🇾

August and September are very special months for our beloved country, Malaysia, as we celebrate both National Day and Malaysia Day. National Day is like the birthday of our nation, filled with joy and the spirit of Merdeka, while Malaysia Day reminds us of the importance of unity and friendship as one big Malaysian family.

At our preschool, the children enjoyed many fun and meaningful activities such as joining parades with flags, singing patriotic songs, listening to stories about Malaysia’s history, and exploring our rich cultures. One of the highlights was making simple Malaysian food together, where the children discovered the joy of sharing and tasting food that represents the diversity of our nation.

Through these activities, the little ones begin to understand that Malaysia is our shared home, and it is important to love and care for it. 💖

May the spirit of independence, unity, and togetherness continue to grow in the hearts of our children from a young age. Wishing everyone a Happy National Day and Malaysia Day from all of us.

🎊 Celebrating Chinese New Year 2024 - The Year of the Dragon! 🐉

In Chinese culture, the dragon symbolizes incredible power, good fortune, wisdom and health.

Our students had a blast crafting and indulging in dragon-shaped Yee Sang (prosperity toss), a delightful tradition that brings everyone together for a special meal.

The crackling of firecrackers added to the festive atmosphere, captivating the children.

Witnessing the vibrant bursts of light and sound was truly an unforgettable experience for them.

🎄 Celebrated the spirit of Christmas with the little ones! 🎅

Our Christmas party unites children, teachers and staff in a joyous atmosphere.

The children delighted in the experience of creating their own gingerbread men, radiating excitement as they decorated these festive treats.

Our little ones made great effort in adorning the school with Christmas decorations, handmade crafts and a beautifully adorned Christmas tree, creating a delightful and joyous atmosphere.

The air was filled with the sweet sound of Christmas songs, adding to the festive spirit. The celebration was filled with joy and merriment.

Winter Solstice marks the onset of winter, with the sun at its lowest point in the sky.

In Chinese tradition, this day is celebrated with Tang Yuan, symbolizing unity, togetherness and reunion.

Our little ones had a delightful time making Tang Yuan. Rolling the dough into colorful balls, they embraced the spirit of togetherness.

This celebration provided a special opportunity for them to create and enjoy Tang Yuan together, fostering a sense of joy and unity.

Celebrating the radiant Festival of Lights; Deepavali, at our school was a joyous affair! 🪔✨

Our little ones illuminate the surroundings with glowing lamps and decorate kolams with colorful flowers.

Dressed in traditional costumes, they not only embraced the cultural richness but also delved into hands-on experiences like making chapati and relishing a variety of traditional Indian delights. 🌮🥳

🌕 The *Mid-Autumn Festival*, also known as the *Mooncake Festival*, is a cherished annual tradition! 🏮

Mooncakes take center stage during this celebration and the children get to taste different mooncake flavors and they even create their own version of mooncakes.

With their special handmade lanterns in tow, they lit up the school as they walk.

The school was also filled with singing and dance performances. 🎶💃

It's not just about delicious treats and pretty lanterns, our kids also learn hands-on skills, like cutting pomelo and crafting hats from pomelo skin. 🥰

🇲🇾 Celebrating with boundless enthusiasm - a double delight! 🎉

National Day marks Malaysia's independence and freedom, while Malaysia Day lets our little ones explore the beautiful tapestry of cultures that make our nation unique.

We celebrated with patriotic songs, parades, fashion shows and heartwarming performances.

The children also had a blast making delicious "Lempeng Coconut," a traditional Malay treat that everyone adores.

We were all bubbling with excitement to be part of this celebration, wrapped in Malaysian pride!
