It was a privilege to share my insights on the Artpreneurship ecosystem at the PLLACE Final Conference, hosted by Penang Institute.

700 Students. Tight Schedule. Rapid-Response Mental Wellness.

Impacted 700 Form 4 & 5 students at Phor Tay High School yesterday with "Hearing the Cry for Life". In a high-volume session with time constraints, I proved that immediate, awareness is a powerful first line of defense for mental health.

As a Wellness Consultant and Researcher in Mindful Art & Creative Economy, I integrated my unique Crossover Mentor approach:

Awareness (TCM Perspective): Decoded physical distress signals (SOS) through TCM Five Elements.

Recognition (Crisis Advocate): Empowered crisis recognition through the -Life SPA committee and counseling volunteer experience.

Action (医艺融合 - Rapid Release): Led 700 students in (Hegu Point for immediate stress release).

The result? 700 students raising their hands to learn how to actively release tension and build resilience, using nothing but their own hands and innate wisdom.

This session demonstrates my ability to deliver -efficient, high-impact engagement for large groups, even under extreme time pressure.
