Let’s be a bumblebee 🐝

Buzzing bee breath pose helps to calm down by taking a deep breath in through the nose and exhaling with a low, humming sound like a bee.

To enhance the calming effect, children can close their eyes and gently cover their ears with their hands to focus on the soothing vibrations.
