Basic hygiene isnāt a parenting style, itās the bare minimum.
Thereās no excuse for kids not brushing their teeth twice a day or walking around with long, dirty fingernails.
Teaching hygiene isnāt āshamingā your child or taking away their autonomy.
Itās teaching responsibility, self-care, and respect for their own body.
These habits donāt magically appear in adulthood.
If you donāt teach them now, someone else will have to later.
Raising kids includes teaching them how to take care of themselves, even when itās not convenient.
