Level 8 abacus is the 1st time students are introduced to the solving of multiplication and division questions. There is a lenthy process of getting to the stage where they will be able to handle different variations of the questions and building a proper foundation for the more difficult multiplication and division questions in the future. Level 8 multiplication consists of questions with 3 digits x 1 digit. Students are required to learn the basics of solving 2 digits x 1 digit questions first before been able to solvectje 3x1 digits of level 8 questions. Division questions consist of 1 digit divisor with 2 digits answers. Here is our 8 year old showing how to solve the multiplication questions.
