SJPPS Student: Jarrell Choong (Primary 6 Joy) has participated in the Peace Poster Competition (Harmony in Humanity) organised by Lions International District 308-A2. The competition was held on the 20th September 2026 at the Aeroville Mall, Kuching. Jarrell was able to clinch the consolation prize with his beautiful poster creation. Well done Jarrell!

KITA CUP 2026 organised by Kinetic International Taekwondo Academy was held on the 25th July 2026 at Batu Pahat, Johor. Our Taekwond Club members participated in the event and returned victorious! Below are their achievements:

Well done to Eden Wong Yi En (Form 2 Gamma) on his Second Runner-Up achievement at the Ping Pong KRKPJ Challenge that was held on the 5th September 2026 at the Dewan Serbaguna, Kompleks Belia Dan Sukan Negeri Sarawak. The match was organised by Jabatan Belia dan Sukan Negeri Sarawak & Kelab Ping Pong JABES. We wish him all the best in his future matches!

The ITF Sarawak Open Taekwon-Do Championship was held at The Hills Shopping Mall, Kuching on the 29th and 30th August 2026. Fellow SJPPS student; Ryan Lau (Primary 6 Hope) was awarded the following medals for his achievements during the match:

3rd place : Pattern Boys 10-12 years 2-1 Grade.
2nd place : Sparring Boys 10-12 years 35kg 4-1 Grade
1st place : Team Pattern Boys 9-12 years 8-1 Grade

Congratulations to fellow SJPPS student; Rachel Wee Zoe from Primary 4 Love, on her Silver Medal win for New Ballet Creation Solo Junior Age 10, at the AODC (Asia Open Dance Championship) in Kuala Lumpur. The championship was held on the 10th - 17th September 2026.
