Open University Malaysia (OUM), Pusat Pembelajaran Kuching, yang diketuai oleh Puan Hamimah binti Kipli, Pengarah OUM Kuching telah mengadakan kunjungan hormat ke Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Masjid Negeri Sarawak (LAKMNS) bagi menyantuni Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif (CEO) LAKMNS, Datu Haji Abdul Hadi bin Datuk Haji Abdul Kadir, bersama Timbalan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif serta pegawai-pegawai LAKMNS.

Kunjungan ini merupakan platform untuk menyerahkan Surat Hasrat (Letter of Intent - LOI) sebagai tanda komitmen dalam meneroka potensi kerjasama strategik antara kedua-dua pihak. Turut diadakan ialah sesi perkongsian mengenai program-program pengajian yang ditawarkan oleh OUM, khususnya program yang bersesuaian untuk meningkatkan kelayakan akademik dan pembangunan profesional warga LAKMNS.

Semoga pertemuan ini berkekalan dengan hubungan kerjasama yang lebih erat dalam memperkasakan pembangunan modal insan melalui pendidikan tinggi yang fleksibel, berkualiti dan boleh diakses oleh semua.
