As a parent, it can be hard to know how best to interact with your child. After all, you want them to grow up into independent and confident people - but you still wish to have a positive influence on their life. There are many aspects we take for granted when raising children that might end up being one of the biggest determiners of whether or not they turn out the way we hope; this is especially true considering how much emphasis we place on cultivating a sense of time management in our youth by forcing them to get good grades in school.
