About 130 students from SMK St Thomas, St Teresa, St Joseph, Padungan, and Green Road attended the PEERS (PRS) Leadership & Teambuilding Camp 2026.

The session focused on building confidence, strengthening communication skills, and fostering teamwork among participants.

Through engaging activities and interactive discussions, students were encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, develop leadership qualities, and collaborate effectively with their peers.

UCSI University recently hosted 2 impactful motivational talks as part of its Life Coaching Programme. These sessions aimed to guide students at a crucial stage of their academic and personal journey, helping them reflect on themselves and gain clearer direction for the future.

A total of 208 students from CHMS No. 1 (SM2) and 71 (Upper Six) students from CHMS No. 3 participated in the programme, making the sessions both engaging and dynamic.

One of the sessions, titled “Lead with Vision, Inspire with Action”, was delivered by Winson Phua. As a certified Master NLP Practitioner, he leveraged his extensive coaching and speaking experience to inspire students to lead themselves with a clear vision and influence others through purposeful action, striving toward excellence.

The second session, “From Victim to Victor: Transforming Your Mindset”, was conducted by Ben Teng. Drawing on his expertise in coaching and subconscious guidance, he encouraged students to overcome limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential to become better versions of themselves.

Both speakers are deeply committed to personal growth and human potential development. Through engaging interactions and insightful sharing, students not only felt inspired but also gained practical tools for self-improvement.

Through these sessions, UCSI University continues to empower students with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience—equipping them to move forward boldly and become impactful leaders of the next generation.
