MOVE IT! MALAYSIA CALORIES BURN CHALLENGE

Get to burn calories with us from the comfort of your own space. Our mission is to hit 20,000 calories together for our initiatives in helping the underprivileged (Orphanage Home, Special Needs Home, Old Folks Home) from across Malaysia. We will be sending the necessities and cooked meal if we achieved the target.

Know that every time you get your calories burned, someone in need is helped!

Registration: 14 September 2021 – 30th September 2021
Challenge Period: 22 September 2021 – 10 October 2021

There will also be free classes such as Zumba, Yoga and Home Workout classes which will help participants to achieve the target of 3000 calories.
