Training session resumed this evening after a short break in conjunction with thev celebration of Gawai Dayak.
The majority attended, fresh, energetic and raring to be on the floor.
They gave a rousing performance of the basic disciplines.. bustling /lively efforts.. hyungs revised and hand to hand combat with full commitment..
SBN Master David Chain, resident sabom conducted.
There were still plenty to learn though all had successfully passed the recent Shimsa and promoted to their next respective level. A promotion simply marked the beginning of a deeper stage of training, emphasizing that learning was a continuous journey
All in high spirit, satisfied of the vigorous training session..fully exhausted n left with a smile.

The final training session for the two diehards, the blue belt before taking their Shimsa on Sunday 14fh June 2026.
They gave their utmost ability to convince the sabom that they should be ready to take the promotional exercise.
All weaknesses and short comings were looked into and rectified accordingly.
The resident sabom, Master Raily Benedict had advised them to refrain from being too reckless but instead. be more cautious and performed in the manner as being taught.
All in high spirt though exhausted.

The 2nd quarter of 2026 Shimsa would fall on Sunday 14th June at the Club's dojang at Biperoh Kuching Community Hall.
All the attendees took the training session seriously. They pushed themselves out of their comfort zones to ensure all weaknesses /short comings were properly looked into and rectified.
SBN Master Mercellinus Meran, resident sabom conducted... He was satisfied of their positive attitude, sheer commitment, consistency and strong work ethic during the past hours of training... he advised them to take extra drills at home to further boost up their standard of performance.
SBN Master Raily Benedict was assisting..
All fully exhausted at closing.

Anofher Saturday... another fruitful training session for members of Seniawan Japok Soobahkdo Class..
The majority in their well pressed white dobok attended.. keen and anxious to be on the floor to demonstrate their ability and break a sweat after the 2 weeks school break..
The basic disciplines, hyungs and hand to hand combat were taken with effort and intensity.
As observed, everyone had a great time and left the dojang fully exhausted but in high spirit.
Kyosa Kamaludin bin Hj. Pojak conducted..

The two diehards attended.
The resident sabom, Master Raily Benedict conducted and he pushed them out of their comfort zones to achieve meaningful growth, critical skills, and general improvement in the various workouts.
They put up strong challenges to tackle all workouts of the day with resilience, effort and intensity...but fully exhausted at closing.

It was a feeling of comfort to watch young people spent their liesures usefully that benefited them physically and mentally instead of loitering their times on unhealthy activity.
A group'of young practitioners of the said kpg have choosen the correct path to a better tommorow practising martial arts..apart from gaining knowledge of self defence they keep fit n healthy and enjoying comradeship and goodwill .. as well as fostering community spirit.
Fueled by determination and raw energy, the members powered through their morning session with fierce strength and absolute focus.
Kyosa Kamaludin was pleased with their positive attitude and advised them to take extra drills at home to boost up their standard of performance.
All fully exhausted at closing.

It was Shimsa day.. 8 comrades of different level of belts took it with immense strength, effort and commitment..
They covered all the various workouts smoothy without any hiccup.
They have prepared diligently well... the past many hours of practice, hard work, discipline ha ujive finally paid off.
The highlight was on power breaking saw the practitioners showing their strength, courage and ability in breaking the wooden board in single strike.
The panel of Examiners were Master George Sim,Master Gabriel Chai, Master Wilfred Jameson snd Master David Hollis ...Master David Chain was appointed as the Panjang..
In attendance were Master Mercellinus Meran, Master Raily Benedict and Koysa Kamaludin bin Hj Pojak.
The President, Master David Hollis,, spoke urging the members to be more competent in attendance and be ready to work hard and rectify their weaknesses, if any . Other masters also spoke on matters related to the Shima n the arts .
On account of their good performance the panel of Examiners have decided to promote them to their next respective grade of belts forthwith.
A photo call ended the day's session.

Master Mercellinus Meran, resident sabom conducted...he encouraged them to be truthful with themsellves and their comrades building a strong foundation of trust and respect... apart to train consistently and with purpose, ensuring their physical efforts actively support their set goals.. the cho dan classing.
A great training session for all the attendees.

It was always good to start early in training session.. a way to boost energy, improve focus and build long term consistency.
The majority attended and covered all the various workout diligently with strength and sincerity.
Kyosa, Kamaludin bin Hj Pojak conducted and he had advised the members to concentrate and focus in the manner as required to ensure the required standards met consistently.
Another good training session.

"A 5-10 minutes Warm up exercise on dynamic stretching to prepare your muscles and prevent injury is necessary before carrying out kicking or striking vigorously.. "

The sole survivor of a group of over 20 practitioners hold steadfastly onto the arts he desired and loved.
He has that intentional choice to stand firm and to push forward with unyielding determination. toward his set goal.. the cho dan classing.
Meantime, he ontinued to attend training session at the Kpg. Community Hall under the guidance of the resident sabom, Master Raily Benedict.
Revision on basic disciplines, hyungs and hand to hand combat were covered with effort and sincerity.
As observed, he was doing well n moving on in the right direction.
