Training Highlight | 23-24 April 2026
We had the opportunity to conduct an engaging KPI & Goals Setting programme at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus, where participants explored practical approaches to aligning individual performance with organizational objectives.

Throughout the session, participants gained valuable insights and hands-on techniques, including:
✅ Developing clear, measurable, and achievable KPIs
✅ Applying effective performance review and monitoring methods for constructive feedback
✅ Strengthening communication strategies to improve team alignment and motivation

🛣️ Training Highlight | 16-17 March 2026
We successfully conducted our 4x4 Off-Road Driving Skills public program in Miri.
This 2-day training focused on equipping drivers with the practical skills and technical knowledge to safely and confidently operate 4WD vehicles in challenging off-road conditions.
Key learning outcomes included:
✅ Understanding vehicle dynamics and off-road capabilities
✅ Conducting pre-trip inspections and recovery procedures
✅ Enhancing safety awareness and environmental responsibility in off-road contexts
