πŸŽ‰ Event: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Each club can register up to 7 participants to represent their club. However, the event has an overall capacity of approximately 100 participants, so registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
*πŸ“Form Due Date: 6 October 2026*

*Important:*
1.Maximum 7 participants per club.
2.Participant total limit: 100 participants.
3.Registration will close once the overall capacity is reached.
4.Participants may arrive from 9:30 AM onwards.
5.The event will officially start at 10:00 AM and end at 1:30 PM.
6.Participants should be prepared for both dry and wet games (Please bring an extra set of clothes as some games may involve water).
7.Please provide accurate participant details.

🚨 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: SWINBURNE FUN RUN 2026

Dear Runners,
The Swinburne Sarawak Student Council regrets to inform all registered participants that the Swinburne Fun Run 2026, scheduled for 13 September 2026, has been POSTPONED due to the prevailing haze conditions.
The decision was made after careful consideration, with the health, safety, and well-being of all participants, volunteers, staff, and event personnel being our utmost priority.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this postponement. We truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support as we navigate circumstances beyond our control.

The new date for the Swinburne Fun Run 2026 will be 1st November 2026, Sunday. Please stay tuned to our official social media channels for further updates and announcements.

Please note that the race pack collection will proceed as scheduled.
