In August, our little learners explored the difference between healthy and unhealthy food! 🌈✨ They've learned healthy and nutritious food helps to grow strong, stay active, and keep our bodies healthy. At the same time, they also learned that food such as sweets 🍬 and sugary drinks πŸ§‹ should be enjoyed in moderation.
