· 2003 Serve as Martial Arts Instructor at Eagle Entertainment Company. Sifu Michael had started for his journey in Martial Arts began in 1995 when he was 10 years old. He initial training was with his uncle
who taught him traditional Shaolin Quan & Dieda Tuina. in 1996 he
he expanded he Martial arts education to included Taekwondo , Wuzu Quan , Bai He Quan , Taijiquan - Chen & Yang Style , International Wushu Taolu & Sparring, Muay Thai, and Lion Dance etc. This diverse training has spanned over 30 years and certified coaches. in 2007, after completing his college university studies, he traveled to Singapore to meet his first Sifu Chua Kah Joo to train Ip Man Wing Chun . Since then, he has continued his Wing Chun training both in Hong kong and Singapore.
· Sifu Michael has accumulated 27 years of lion-dancing experience, capturing countless awards in traditional competitions. His invaluable expertise spans every type of “Cai-Qing” (greens-plucking)ritual—such as the authentic crab-green, live-fish water-green, coconut-green, high green, and many more. He began learning lion dance at 14 and, by 19, was already serving as an assistant instructor at the Martial Arts Federation and other lion dance association, teaching students pole formations and contemporary drumming. Proficient in every role—lion’s head, tail, drum, and other instruments—he has also claimed championship titles in battle-drum competitions. In addition to local students, the Sifu also has students who come from other country to learn Wing Chun those from CHINA, ENGLAND, SWITZERLAND, USA AND INDONESIA etc more than 300 student's. Won 15 Golds 20 Silvers and 16 Bronzes Medals.
2023 10th WUDEBEI International Traditional Martial Arts Online Tournament in Singapore Won 23 Golds, 22 Silvers and 18 Bronzes Medals.
2024 4th Sarawak Youth Wushu Open Championship won 9 Golds, 13 Silvers and 25 Bronzes medalist.
2024 Organizer 2nd Traditional Wing Chun Kuen "Taolu" Competition
2024 Global Asia-Pacific Youth Cultural and Art Talent Martial Arts Competition Hong Kong won 5 Champion, 7 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medals and Best Tutor Award & Best Organization Award.
2025 7th Singapore International Cultural Festival "One Belt One Road" Wushu Championship 8 athletes has won 13 Golds, 1 Silver Medal and Best Team Award.
2025 12th Singapore International Wudebei Traditional Wushu Competition (Online), our team won a total of 29 Gold Medals and 26 Silver Medals, and was also honored with a Commendation Award.
2025 Organizer 3rd Student Wing Chun Competition
2026 At the 5th Legend of DongWu Wushu Competition – Warrior Spirit 2 held in Selangor, the team achieved an outstanding result of 12 Gold, 2 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals. In collaboration with Kuching Elite Wushu Association, we were crowned the Overall Grand Champion.
2026 Silver Award - Stayfit 2026 : Bangkit Bersama Matchex Pemenang Saringan Negeri (State-Level Qualifier Winner).
