DON'T GIVE UP

Striving to achieve our big goals & dreams is not something that comes easily. It's hard work! Which is why so many people give up.
The truth is, not everyone will achieve their dreams. Everyone can, but not everyone will. And the reason not everyone will, is because too many people give up on their dreams when the going gets tough. They run out steam, they lose their enthusiasm, they become unmotivated.

MKO CLASS : CARA MEMBACA LABEL MAKANAN

Key points bila nak pilih suatu jenis makanan:
✅ Tentukan size hidangan
✅ Pilih kalori paling rendah
✅ Pilih makanan protein tinggi
✅ Pilih LEMAK paling rendah

❌ Elak kandungan transfat/shortenings/hidrogenated oil

Dalam situasi ni, minumlah secukupnya air.. Dlm satu hari, at least minum 2.5 or 3 liter air...
Anda juga boleh amalkan SNACKING in between lunch (10.30pagi) dan between dinner (3.30ptg).. Snacking yg baik seperti buah2an, kekacang, yogurt low fat pun boleh... No hal...

Xda lah susah... Its better than buying lunch at restaurant or Panda.. Hehehe... Also, jimat bah 😅

Sentiasa pastikan:
Suku - Protein (Ayam/Ikan)
Suku - Karbohidrat
Separuh - Sayur & buah (fibre)
