✨ Hari Raya Celebration Throwback at Tadika Kurnia 🌙🕌

Last Friday, our school was filled with joy, laughter, and festive cheer as we celebrated Hari Raya together!Our little ones looked absolutely adorable in their beautiful traditional attire, bringing colour and festive spirit to the school. 💚✨

Throughout the celebration, the children enjoyed learning cheerful Hari Raya songs, discovering the joy of music and culture together. They also learned the meaningful tradition of giving salam to their teachers and friends, a lovely way to show respect, kindness, and togetherness.

One of the highlights of the day was getting hands-on in making festive kuih with their friends and teachers. It was a fun and memorable experience filled with teamwork, smiles, and yummy treats!

It was truly a meaningful day filled with culture, learning, and beautiful memories shared together as one Tadika Kurnia family.

🧨✨ CNY Fun at Tadika Kurnia – Throwback Time! ✨🧨

Last week, our school was filled with laughter, excitement, and lots of festive cheer as we celebrated Chinese New Year together! 🏮

Parents joined in the fun by writing beautiful Chinese idioms and calligraphy, while discovering some cool Chinese New Year facts. Learning can be festive too!

Our little ones had a peel-tastic time competing in pomelo and orange peeling games 🍊🍊 (it was messy but sooo fun 😆). They also got their hands busy making yummy 年糕 (nian gao) with their teachers and friends. Don’t you think teamwork makes everything sweeter?

The highlight of the day? A magical storytelling session with a Chinese shadow puppet show that brought stories to life right before their eyes 🌟

To end the celebration, the children received special blessings and ang pao from our principal and that truly filled the air with smiles! ❤️

It was definitely a day full of culture, laughter, and happy memories with our Tadika Kurnia family 🧧🎊

✨ Throwback to Last Month at Tadika Kurnia ✨
Despite our busy school schedule, our dedicated team of teachers remained committed to growing and learning.
Last month, many of our staff sacrificed their weekends to attend meaningful training sessions, including Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Storytelling workshops. Their passion to continuously upskill themselves reflects their commitment to being better equipped in supporting your child’s development.

A special thank you to Teacher Ting Xuan from Taiwan for conducting the fantastic PBL sessions, and to Persatuan Pencerita Sarawak for bringing in amazing storytellers from India. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to learn from the best.

🎉 That’s a wrap for Orientation at Tadika Kurnia! 🎉

Earlier this month marked the beginning of a brand new academic year, and our hearts are so full 💛 We are truly happy to welcome our new little ones into the Tadika Kurnia family, and it was just as wonderful to have our returning children back in school again.

It was a week filled with excitement, laughter, and meaningful learning. The children went on a fun Scavenger Hunt, role-playing as brave pirates as they crossed obstacles, journeyed through the “ocean,” “forest,” and “caves,” and even met friendly fairies who guided them along the way, all in search of hidden treasure! 🏴‍☠️✨

Through games and group activities, children made new friends, learned to accept newcomers, and practised welcoming one another with kindness. They explored their emotions, learned about feelings, and our senior children stepped up beautifully by caring for and guiding the younger ones 🤍

Each day was also filled with exciting storytelling sessions, allowing the children to go beyond their imagination and fall in love with stories once again 📚🌈

Along the way, children were gently introduced to school routines and classroom rules, starting with Rule No. 1: Love your family, and learning how to care for themselves, their friends, and their environment.
We are so excited to have all our children on board and look forward to creating many more meaningful, joyful, and memorable learning journeys together in this new academic year ✨

Tadika Kurnia marked a memorable milestone with its Annual Concert and Graduation Ceremony last night (Dec 19), featuring a Broadway-style musical inspired by Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. This event reflected the school’s commitment to holistic and experiential early childhood education. Blast Off to Fun! Outer Space Holiday Camp 🚀✨🪐

Our lil' astronauts had a stellar time during our recent Outer Space Holiday Camp! 🌞🌙

From building colourful planet dioramas to learning all about the planets, stars & galaxies, our lil' ones explored the wonders of outer space through stories, science experiments & hands-on art activities. 🌌🎨🔭

They even earned themselves a Junior Space Explorer certificate by completing this holiday camp! 🌟🌍🛰️

Thank you to all our curious space cadets & supportive parents for making this camp a cosmic success. 💫 We can't wait to launch into more learning adventures soon! 😉🚀
