Alhamdulillah, Prof Madya Dr Haliza Hasan from the Department of Special Care Nursing, Kulliyyah of Nursing, IIUM, was honoured to serve as the moderator for the forum “Seteguh Kasih Ibu: Mengurus Anak Autisme” held in conjunction with Sambutan Hari Ibu 2026 Peringkat Negeri Pahang.

The meaningful forum highlighted the resilience, love, and emotional strength of parents in raising children with autism, while emphasizing the importance of family support, community awareness, and holistic care for children with special needs.

The session also featured insightful sharing from distinguished panelists representing psychiatry expertise and parents’ perspectives, creating a compassionate platform for advocacy and empowerment.
