Learners can study from printed modules or access our learning resources online. Some examples of online resources include interactive study materials, quizzes, video lectures and discussion forums. User-Friendly Learning System
The virtual learning environment that is managed by the OUM Learning Management System (MyVLE) provides learners with learning experience almost similar to a normal classroom. Learners can interact with their peers, tutors and facilitators as well as to access course materials and the digital library. They can also access key information such as academic records, timetable and latest information. Modern and up-to-date Learning Centre in Every State
There is at least one OUM learning centre in every state with well-equipped computer labs, tutorial rooms and Wifi Internet facilities as well as meeting rooms and reading areas. Academic Excellence
OUM is owned by a consortium of the first eleven Malaysian public universities and as such we have access to renowned subject-matter-experts (SMEs) to develop our learning materials, to supervise and where appropriate to serve as tutors and facilitators. Student-Centredness
We provide dedicated support services manned by experienced staff that understands the learners needs. Learners can call our helpdesk during normal office hours or better still use our online support service, the e-CRM. All queries through the e-CRM will be responded to within 48 hours.
