Protecting your energy isn’t selfish — it helps you stay strong and keep giving from a healthy place. We had another high-energy meeting at Money & You Kuala Lumpur Toastmasters! Our theme reminded us that even if a goal feels impossible today, happiness comes from moving forward one step at a time.
