New term for 2022 academic year has kicked off,n the incoming students are looking forward to schooling Face2Face with interactions n socialising with physical distancing n SOPs duly followed. Education is the journey of learning n thinking, to equip oneself to meet Life’s situations both as in quality of living and to earn a living.

Online platforms are available for knowledge thirsty beings n I as an advocate of continuous learning have built a framework for the pursuit of intellectual adventure .

Today was my final revision class for my PT 3 students. I am gratified to know that some who were moderate or a shade above average have made tremendous improvements in their maths n science subjects. As a teacher n educationist this is the most satisfying achievement I can receive as no monetary rewards can replace this ability of turning a stone into a sculpture....so
As The sculptor is hammering n chiselling the stone with great effort b dexterity, so is the final product born out that equal to the effort....as I always inspired them that there’s If there’s No Pain, then there’s No Gain. Great Output can only be matched by equally matching input.

I had the privilege to tutor 2 of the King’s daughter’s for their IGCSE exams. I met them yesterday during my flight back from London at KLIA, and the queen expressed her gratitude to me as to how well her princesses had done in their IGCSE. I feel very proud to be part of their successful equation in life n as teacher I always add value to students academic life in the finer points of study n n what’s needed in work life, besides their academics. Education is holistic n
Only a holistic person will add value to his or her life n make a meaningful contribution to
Society. Education is a means to meet life’s situations n Also to equip oneself with value systems to face the challenges life poses. It’s both a means and an end....

The academic calendar is entering its most critical stage as the PT3, SPM and IGCSE exams is approaching in a few months time. Registration is now open to students preparing these above exams. Do register early to book your class slots to avoid disappointment.

In mid June 2019, registration is open for Oct/Nov IGCSE Exams n also the SPM exams for Add. Maths, physics, chemistry n Mathematics. Do contact us soonest possible to book your class slots.

As education in Malaysia is a big debate amongst parents, employers & educationist, I as an educationist would like to address the issue of the traditional Rote learning vs Higher Order Thinking Skills( HOTS) which ya needed in today’a ever changing industry requirements .

As such students should be prepared to empower themselves with both soft n technical skills in their subject matter so as to apply the tools in solving today’s mathematical & technical problems.
