J.S. Bach — Fugue from Sonata No. 1 in G Minor, BWV 1001
Performed by Stephen Hsia.
A summit of the solo violin literature. Through remarkable contrapuntal writing, Bach creates the illusion of multiple voices, challenging both the intellect and artistry of the performer.
