Filled with energy, laughter, and teamwork, the children gave their best in every activity while having so much fun with their friends. 💛

📚 Baca Bersama | Weekly Reading Time 📚

In line with the KP2026 policy, children are encouraged to have at least 30 minutes of reading time each week to support early literacy development and a love for reading.

At Bright Bear🐻, our children enjoy one dedicated reading session every week, where they explore books together, listen to stories, look at pictures, and talk about what they see. Through “Baca Bersama”, children build language skills, listening skills, vocabulary, and reading confidence in a calm and enjoyable environment.

Reading together helps children understand that books are fun, meaningful, and part of everyday learning 🌱

🫧Recognising big and small objectives involves spatial awareness and cognitive skills by differentiating, sorting, and comparing object sizes.

🫧Children learn to categorize items based on size interactive games, and hands-on activities, enhancing their understanding of basic, relative, or extreme measurements.

🔬 STEM Science Exploration: Using a Microscope

Our K1 Rainy children became little scientists today! 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

Using a child-friendly microscope, the children explored everyday objects such as flower petals, hair strands, shrimp eggs, and butterfly wings. They learned that some things look very different when viewed closely and discovered why our eyes cannot see tiny details without scientific tools.

Through this hands-on STEM activity, children developed curiosity, observation skills, and early scientific thinking, while learning that science begins with asking questions and exploring the world around us 🌱

Learning through discovery is always more meaningful! 💛

Before children learn to write, they need to strengthen their little hands. Today we practised holding scissors to build fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and control. Every snip helps prepare them for future writing tasks — progress over perfection ✂️
