The government is making several efforts to face the global energy crisis to ensure the welfare of the people continues to be preserved.

Among them is keeping the BUDI95 petrol subsidy at RM1.99 per liter with the temporary adjustment of the quota to 200 liters per month starting 1 April 2026.
