🛏️ Repositioning saves skin and improves comfort.

Regular repositioning helps reduce pressure, improve circulation, and prevent pressure injuries for individuals with limited mobility.

Remember:
* Reposition every 2 hours (bed-bound)
* Shift weight every 15–30 minutes (wheelchair users)
* Use pillows for support
* Check the skin regularly
