📖 His talk, “The July Revolution and the Struggle for Democracy in Bangladesh”, draws from his forthcoming book The Anatomy of Revolt (to be published by Oxford University Press).

It explores the 2024 mass uprising that toppled an entrenched authoritarian regime—tracing its evolution from student-led protests to a nationwide democratic movement.

🔍 Grounded in institutional ethnography and rich qualitative data, the analysis situates the revolution within broader trajectories of political decay, digital mobilization, and contestations over power, justice, and citizenship in Bangladesh.
