ISN Lecture Series 4/2026: Mood Profiling for Performance & Mental Health
The National Sports Institute (ISN) today continued its knowledge-sharing initiative through ISN Lecture Series 4/2026, featuring Professor Emeritus Peter C. Terry from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
The session, titled “Mood Profiling for Performance and Mental Health among Malaysian Athletes,” explored how mood profiling can be applied to monitor athletes’ well-being, optimize performance, and support mental health in sport.
Held at Perdana Hall, ISN, the lecture brought together coaches, sports scientists, researchers, psychologists, students, healthcare professionals and members of the sporting community with a shared interest in athlete performance and well-being.
Through meaningful knowledge exchange and evidence-based insights, ISN continues to strengthen Malaysia’s sports ecosystem by placing science, performance and athlete well-being at the heart of sporting excellence.
