IMPORTANT NOTICE: LIVE-IN DURING VACATION (LIDV)

1️⃣ Students who have successfully registered for Live-in During Vacation (LIDV) will NOT be subjected to the two (2) compoundable offences, namely:
• Failure to return room key
• Failure to vacate room

2️⃣ Students who intend to leave their belongings in their rooms during the vacation period are required to register for LIDV by reporting to the Mahallah Office.

3️⃣ Students applying for LIDV due to personal reasons (e.g work) must inform the Mahallah Principal. Approval is subject to consideration and assessment on a case-by-case basis.

4️⃣ For students participating in University programmes, the LIDV application must be officially submitted via email by the respective Department/Kulliyyah to RSD within the stipulated application period.

Students who fail to register for LIDV or do not comply with the above requirements may be subjected to the compounds.
