Notice is hereby given that the 1st Annual General Meeting of Persatuan Bekas Pelajar Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Hartamas Kuala Lumpur (Alumni Hartamas) will be held as follows:
Date: Saturday, March 16, 2013
Time: 10.00 AM
Venue: Dewan Terbuka, SMK Seri Hartamas, Jalan 48/70A, Desa Seri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
The inaugural registration of the first members of Alumni Hartamas will take place from 9.30 AM onwards. All duly registered members will be eligible to exercise all powers and rights of members under the Society's constitution, including, amongst others, to offer themselves up for election as members of the Society's Executive Committee, and to vote upon such election and any motions tabled during the meeting.
