For the first time in the world, a meditation with Healingbowl® Luxury Mustang® singing bowls was held both inside and outside the Jamchen Vijaya Stupa by Dr. Viktor Surikov.

The kora around Kailash is fifty-two
kilometres. Three days. The high pass
sits at 5,630 metres, and by the time
you reach it the body has stopped
negotiating.

Knees go first. Not the will — the knees.

Somewhere on that trail one of our
students stopped walking. He took the
massage bowl out of his pack and gave
ten minutes to a woman who could not
go on.

No room. No table. No appointment.
A bench, a mountain, and an instrument
that happened to be there.

amount of craftsmanship gets around it.

met: decades of research by Dr. Surikov
into how low frequencies reach the body,
